Chai by Luke is designed for both the café and home user, our blend is full of flavour and natural ingredients. The wet and dry chai is easy to use and can be brewed with either a coffee machine or by stovetop method.

Our Chai teas are handcrafted with an exotic range of spices carefully blended to deliver a rich, warming cup of comfort to the chai lover. 

When developing the recipes for Chai by Luke we considered flavour, brew time, shelf life, and ease of use packaging. 

Chai by Luke is available in both resealable pouches and tins making the product easy to use and store.

    Chai by Luke Wet Chai has a brew time of under 3 minutes (we recommend 2 to 2.5 mins).

    • Tasting Notes:  Ginger for spice, Juicy Cardamom Pods, Cinnamon, and hits of Vanilla Bean
    • Wet Chai Ingredients: Agave syrups, Black tea, Ginger, Natural Spices.

    Chai by Luke Powder is the perfect solution for a quick cup and is low GI for prolonged energy release throughout your busy day.

    • Tasting Notes:  Ginger, Cinnamon, Low GI Coconut Blossom Sugar for gentle sweetness
    • Dry Chai ingredients: Coconut Blossom Sugar, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Black Tea, Natural Flavours.

    Both products have a shelf life of 6 months once opened with no need to refrigerate. 

    And of course, who is Luke?  Chai by Luke is named after our owner's youngest son who is an absolute joy.   It seemed only fitting to name the brand after him – Chai By Luke* just made sense to us……

    *The name Luke means “Light-Giving” –enjoy a comforting lift from drinking our chai.
