SHIPPING

Chai By Luke uses Australia Post or Sendle to deliver your parcel

All orders will be processed with 1 – 2 business days

Any orders placed over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day

POSTAGE CHARGES

 Orders less than $75 value will attract postage rates as follow

Standard postage is $10.00
Express Postage is $15.00

 Orders of $75 and above.

We offer free postage on all orders over $75

All prices quoted include GST.

Australia Post transit times are as follows:

*Express             1 to 4 business days

*Standard          2 to 8 business days

*For deliveries to remote areas in Australia these times may be extended.  We track your package until it is delivered and will raise any delays with the Australia Post customer service team if needed and keep you updated along the way.

Please note: All couriers and transport companies are experiencing some delays due to the COVID-19 impact on employee & community health.  All parcels are tracked so if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact page.
